فدلىهما بغرور فلما ذاقا ٱلشجرة بدت لهما سوءتهما وطفقا يخصفان عليهما من ورق ٱلجنة ونادىهما ربهمآ ألم أنهكما عن تلكماٱلشجرة وأقل لكمآ إن ٱلشيطن لكما عدو مبين

"Then the devil to persuade both of them (to eat the fruit) of trickery. When both of them have tasted the fruit wood, appeared to them aurat-nakedness, and start both covered with the leaves of paradise. And their Lord called them, "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you:" He is an enemy that is real to you both? "(QS. Al-A'raaf: 22).

فوسوس إليه ٱلشيطن قال يادم هل أدلك على شجرة ٱلخلد وملك لا يبلى

"Then the devil whispering evil thoughts to him, saying:" O Adam, will I show you the tree of Eternity and a kingdom which shall never be destroyed? "(QS. Taha: 120).

فأكلا منها فبدت لهما سوءتهما وطفقا يخصفان عليهما من ورق ٱلجنة وعصى ءادم ربه فغوى

"Then they both ate of the tree, then appeared to them aurat-nakedness and began both covered it with leaves (in) heaven, and durhakalah Adam to God and he went astray." (QS. Taha: 121).

2. Fruit Wine

Wine is one of the plants known to mankind for a long time. Wine has been known since the time of Prophet Noah. Plants that are sweet and delicious fruit that grows creeping upwards, in the opposite direction with the tip of the bud, and the direction of the cantilever wine. Fruit that tastes delicious, it is stated in the Qur'an 14 times. One is on the QS. An-Nahl verse 11, which reads:

ينبت لكم به ٱلزرع وٱلزيتون وٱلنخيل وٱلأعنب ومن كل ٱلثمرت إن فى ذلك لءاية لقوم يتفكرون

"He grow for you with rain water plants; olives and dates and grapes and all kinds of fruits. Verily in this is truly there are signs (power of God) for people who reflect. "(Qur'an, An-Nahl: 11).

The grapes are very good to eat better when it is fresh or has been dried. The wine is a fruit that is easy to digest, can fatten, and can supply enough nutrition. Green and red wine have similar efficacy, both can be used to be fruit, food, beverages, as well as medicine.

As a remedy, the wine has a very high nutritional content. Tahlbah revealed, the wine is believed to treat coughs, purifies the blood, colon cleansing, digestion, even beneficial for those who are affected by diseases of the stomach. Not only that, the wine can also be used for anyone who Henda diet (a set pattern of food).

Grape juice, he said, could help the healing of disease hemaroid (piles), indigestion, kidney stones and gall bladder disorders. To that end, the investigators advise to drink a glass of grape juice, before breakfast and before dinner.

Even drinking a glass of wine before bed can also help you to sleep soundly without disturbing insomnia. The grape juice is also good for people who are intoxication, fatigue or convalescing or developing kidney stones (urinary stones).

3. Fruit Tin

Fruit Tin nothing in the Hijaz and Medina. The Qur'an mentions only once and in a single place, ie in the QS. At-The Fig paragraph 1.

Tin fruit contains elements of a very high sugar and also contains the main salt, such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins, such as vitamin A and B. In addition, it also contains vitamin K which is included in the process of blood clotting and serves to stop the bleeding.

The benefits of figs are as follows:

- To treat constipation

Brewed 3 to 4 grains of dried figs in a glass of cold water in the afternoon, and then in the morning the fruit is edible and drinking water.

- To treat intestinal or stomach

Cut 6 to 7 dried figs, then drowned in olive oil, mixed with a few slices of lime, then let stand for one full night and pieces of figs can be eaten along with the water in the morning.

- To treat wounds and ulcers

Wraps dried figs are boiled with milk to break up the dried figs that have to be open to the inside as a whole. Simmer for a few minutes with regular milk. Once cool, cover the wound with this herb and place inside the fig is just above the wound, then tie with a cloth and dressings updated three to four times a day.

- To treat irregular menstruation

Simmer 25-30 fig leaves in one liter of water and drink. This herb for treating cough also menstrual disorders, and launched menstruation. This herb also serves to mouthwash and heal inflammation of the gums.

4. Olive Fruit

In the QS. An-Nahl verse 11, Allah says:

ينبت لكم به ٱلزرع وٱلزيتون وٱلنخيل وٱلأعنب ومن كل ٱلثمرت إن فى ذلك لءاية لقوم يتفكرون

"He grow for you with rain water plants; olives and dates and grapes and all kinds of fruits. Verily in this is truly there are signs (power of God) for people who reflect. "(Qur'an, An-Nahl: 11).

Benefits olives are not only limited to linoleic acid. For example, the elements they contain chlorine can improve liver function more perfect, so thus facilitating the body in removing waste material. In addition to the benefits already mentioned, olive oil is an important source of human nourishment. Contrary to solid butters, olive oil does not increase cholesterol levels in the blood; otherwise this oil keeps it under control. Research also has revealed that olive oil has some ability to prevent diseases of coronary blood vessel by reducing the level of LDL, a type of cholesterol that is detrimental to health, while increasing the level of cholesterol is beneficial for the health of HDL in the blood.

Vitamin E, A, D, and K in the blood is essential for bone growth and mineralization in children and adults. He strengthens bones by stabilizing calcium. Olive oil is a vital element in developing organisms body. Elements of this kind of antioxidants and fatty acids such as linoleic acid, which is very important for human beings, promote hormones and synthesis of biological cell membranes. Because these vitamins renew cells, they are also used to treat problems associated with aging and skin care.  

5. Bananas

Banana is a fruit that is mentioned in the Qur'an as one of the fruits of Paradise. In QS. Al-Waqi'ah paragraph 29. In the letter Allah says:

وطلح منضود

"And the banana trees tiered stacking (fruit)," (QS. Al-Waqi'ah: 29).Like all other blessings, the bananas enjoyed by the inhabitants of Paradise will be far more perfect than any bananas we can imagine in the world. However, bananas are in heaven will never become rotten and will have a taste and smell that we can not now imagine. However, in this world too, Allah has created a fruit very similar to those in heaven and have them available to us.

Bananas are very nutritious fruit, consisting of water (75%), protein (1.3%) and fats (0.6%). Each banana also contains carbohydrates and potassium in sufficient quantities. In addition to help cure many diseases, bananas are highly recommended to cure fevers, digestive system disorders labor, convulsions, and sprains. The high amount of potassium that it contains (0,24%) facilitates the excretion of waste products from the body.

6. Pomegranate

In the QS. Qur'an, verse 141, Allah says:

وهو ٱلذى أنشأ جنت معروشت وغير معروشت وٱلنخل وٱلزرع مختلفا أكله وٱلزيتون وٱلرمان متشبها وغير متشبه كلوا من ثمره إذآ أثمر وءاتوا حقه يوم حصاده ولا تسرفوا إنه لا يحب ٱلمسرفين

"It is He who made the gardens and are not berjunjung berjunjung, palm trees, the plants were a variety of fruit, olives and pomegranates similar (shape and color) and not the same (it seems). Eat of the fruit (a variety of it) when they bear fruit, and pay their due on harvest day (with the wherewithal to the poor); and do not exaggerate. Lo! Allah loveth not the wasters. "(QS. Al-An'am: 141).

Pomegranate is another fruit mentioned in Al-Qur`an, contain a plentiful supply of potassium, apart from other minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, and sodium, and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, and C. Acting together with sodium, potassium regulates the body's water equilibrium and maintain normal heart beats. By maintaining levels of potassium-sodium balance, this fruit is also supporting the sensitivity of the nerves and muscles to function regularly, prevent edema, and reduce levels of sugar circulating in the blood. Pomegranate relieve tired muscles and enable them to move with ease, and also strengthen the heart.  

7. Dates

Dates, fruit mentioned in Surah Maryam, grow in dry soil in warm climates and have many benefits. God identifies the healing properties of this fruit by telling Maryam, who are facing labor, so eating a date.

"Then Jibril menyerunya from the lower place: 'Do not be sad, your Lord has made rivulet beneath you. And shake the trunk of the palm tree towards you, surely the tree will abort the palm fruit is ripe unto you, then eat, drink, and have warned .... "(QS. Maryam: 24-26).

God has a specific purpose by calling our attention to the palm fruit. By examining the contents of the content of this fruit will make us more understanding of the divine purpose. Dates, with a sugar content of 50%, it is very nutritious because the flesh is composed of fructose and glucose which are both high in calories, and easily and quickly digested. Although meat is very beneficial, it may not be as beneficial as fresh dates in all respects. Eating too much meat, which contains an abundant amount of protein, at the same time can cause poisoning. Thus, light foods such as vegetables, fruits, which are easy to digest, should be preferred.
