The eye (one of the optical types of Allah's creation) is very important for human life. With the function of the eye we can understand, know, see, and many more things. Therefore the eye must be treated. The trick includes:
DO NOT GET CLOSE
Do not get too close when watching television. Because you can suffer from minus eyes when you are big. Give a distance of two meters for TV size 14 inch. For wider screens, the distance is even further. Also apply when playing games, PS or others. Similarly, when reading a book, you should distance the eyes with a book as far as 30 Cm, lighting should be enough, and do not read while sleeping.
When watching should rest your eyes for example every 30 minutes or an hour, take a walk for 5 or 10 minutes. To keep the eyes dry, blink frequently, and occasionally turn your eyes out of the room. Watching, it's best to use an LCD monitor for your PC.

Rubbing or rubbing the eyes when itching do not loud. Your eyes can be irritated.
When you are outdoors, avoid pollution / dirt in the air. Avoid dust coming into the eye because it can make eye infection, and become cataracts. UV light is one of the main causes of lens hardening, cataracts, and decreased vision due to disturbances in the center of the retina.
Eat foods that contain lots of vitamin A (helps the cells of vision), such as carrots, avocados, tomatoes, papaya, pumpkin. Do not forget the dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli. Foods high in Zinc content such as beans, lean red meat, poultry meat can protect the eyes from light damage.
Antioxidant / antioxidant foods such as berries, oranges, cherries.
If you use lens contact, keep it clean.
Check your eyes to the doctor regularly.
